End of the Year Hiatus

Hello Lovies, I will not be posting until the 3rd of January.  Between the holidays, family, and the deployment; I need some personal time to finish this year and start the new one. When I come back, I hope to have a game plan for the new year and several new posts that I hope you'll love. In the mean time, I wish you all health, happiness, and love. Happy creating, and Happy New Year! 2017 Bookish Wrap Up and Review I usually forget to review my tbr for the previous year. This year, I'd like to change things up a bit and see how well I did.  And generally reflect upon my past reading for the year.  My top 2017 reads will be in a different post. For more bookish inspiration, check out Jen Campbell on YouTube. She has loads of recommendations in poetry, folk lore and fairy tales, and children's books. Speaking of Jen, let's start this list off with her children's book! Nonfiction November Wrap Up

Nonfiction November Wrap Up While I didn't stick to my initial TBR, I did manage to read a few more books this month than I thought I would. These are only my finished (and one in progress) nonfiction books for November. I also finished Dracula and VooDoo Planet.  I wish I would have read more even though this was a very good reading month for me. Guy Fawkes: Or a Complete History of the Gunpowder Treason by: Thomas Lathbury I couldn't help but read this on the 5th of November. Insightful and nerdy. Nonfiction November 2017 Category: Scholarship 2 out of 5 stars. Geronimo's Story of His Life by: Geronimo I've been wanting to read this for awhile, especially after living where he lived. It was a wonderful read, I honestly wish that it was longer, I couldn't get enough. Nonfiction November 2017 Category: Home 5 out of 5 stars. Astrophysics for People in a Hurry by: Neil deGrasse Tyson I enjoyed this more than I
